Though train
There were thru coaches London-Turnberry and Edinburgh-Whithorn that disappeared during the war.
The coach was attached to a local passenger train but lack of space means a passenger and parcels train has been run instead.
The though train arrives at tea time, the through coach is shunted to the coach cleaners platform for cleaning & tank filling, the parcels section continues to Drummore.
The following morning at breakfast time the parcel train arrives from Drummore, collects the through coach and is off. I've applied a lot of modellers licence.

Milk and Goods
The first train of the morning is a goods train, it shunts the yard and departs as a milk train with tanks of liquid milk and vans of milk products.
The goods arrives
The Jinty uncouples and runs round
The Jinty collects the milk tanks and vans of dairy products
The Jinty moves the tank wagons and vans to the platform to pick up the break van.
Next the Jinty moves out bound goods wagons to the dairy siding - the only spare space.
Inbound wagons are shunted to the goods siding

In the afternoon an empty milk train arrives, shunts the yard, and departs as a goods train.

The out bound wagons are cleared from the dairy siding
The break van is collected and the goods train left in the loop
The milk train is collected from the platform
And left in the dairy siding
The goods train is moved from the loop
to the platform
and is off.
